CTC Website: Password Protected Pages

Sections of the CTC Website require Gatorlink ID and Password to access. 

You must have a UF ID# to obtain a Gatorlink Account (ID & Password). 

  • UF ID numbers are printed on UF ID Badges (Front), and Shands Gainesville Employee ID Badges (Back).
  • If you have a UF ID number see instructions below for obtaining a Gatorlink Account.
  • Shands Jacksonville Employees needing a UF ID number: See section below for contact information.
  • All others: If you do NOT have a UF ID number contact your department’s UF Directory Coordinator to request assistance.

To Re-set your Gatorlink Password (If forgotten or expired)

To Obtain a Gatorlink Account (ID & Password)

  • Shands Gainesville Employees:

Use self-service functions available at UF’s Gatorlink website. Select 'Create New Account'.  Shands Gainesville staff will find their UF ID number printed on the BACK of their Shands Employee ID Badge.  Or contact the UF Computing Help Desk (392-HELP) to request assistance.

  • Shands Jacksonville Employees:

If you do not have EITHER a UF ID number or GatorLink Account (ID & Password) contact Directory Coordinator, Dave Larson at dave.larsen@jax.ufl.edu , or 904-244-4004.  NOTE: UF ID numbers are NOT printed on Shands Jacksonville ID badges.

  • UF Gainesville Employees:

Use self-service functions available at Gatorlink website. Select 'Create New Account'.  Or contact the UF Computing Help Desk (352-392-HELP) to ask for assistance.

  • UFHSC/Jacksonville Employees:

Contact your Unit's IT provider or the UF Computing Help Desk (352-392-HELP) to request assistance.
